I bought mine on e-bay a while back. I love it. John did an excellent job. Every SVX enthusiast needs one of these DVD's!

Thanks again, John!

Hello!

Hmmmm....I just came over this thread and I am just like

I don't know if it is possible anymore to get such a DVD.

I am from Austria, and I read at ebay that it's only send within US.

Is there a chance to get this DVD. It's a must for every SVX-driver/SVX-lover.

I can't get this video material over here, so it would be great if John or someone else would be so kind to send this DVD to Austria.

Payement can be done in several ways. (Paypal, bank-transfer)
I WANT THIS DVD

Please inform me about it!

thanx in advacne

have a nice weekend

First Thing: MORE DVDs ARE NOW AVAILABLE ON EBAY

I will ship these DVDs anywhere in the world for $4 extra for a shipping total of $8. BUT...

* the U.S. uses Region 1 DVD players; Europe uses Region 2 DVD players. So, unless you have a Region 1 or universal DVD player, these SVX DVDs won't work for you.

* the U.S. uses the NTSC standard for broadcasting TV signals whereas Europe uses PAL. You will need to be able to view NTSC format via a native TV or converter.

I did not want to promote world-wide mailing of these DVDs to the public when most do not understand the limitations of their non-Region 1, non-NTSC equipment. However, if you are knowledgeable enough about your video equipment to know that you will be able to view this DVD, you are welcome to buy one from anywhere in the world. Just add $4 extra to the shipping charge and I will be happy to air mail it to you.

Couldn't you make the DVD's region free? ...or a PAL version?

It will work on any PC that can play a DVD-R format DVD.

D'oh!! Please accept my apologies while I educate myself about creating DVDs.

SVX DVD IS REGION FREE
I had assumed that, because my DVD burner PLAYS only Region 1 DVDs, it then also BURNED only Region 1 DVDs. I was wrong. My DVD burner creates Region Free (aka Region 0) discs.

SVX DVD IN PAL FORMAT IS POSSIBLE
I have found that I can make a PAL version of the SVX DVD on my computer. BUT, in order to do so, I must create a new file set to PAL format and recreate the whole DVD again.

Let me know if you need a PAL version of the DVD. The speed with which I create a PAL version will depend on demand.

Great to hear that it works

Well, I can watch it on the PC, but I have also
got a region-free DVD-Player.

I have got some racing DVD's which I ordered in the US and some
Japan DVD's and all of them work, so it should be no problem to
watch the SVX-DVD.

So I am going to e-bay and buy it.
I will write an e-mail to you to clear all other things.

Thank you in advance!
