Anybody use 1-Day Paint and Body?

I'm thinking about changing my 92's color from Claret to the Brilliant Red and keep the black on the roof & trunk (I already have dark tinted glass). I live in the country and travel on dirt roads for half a mile every day, so it's impossible to keep a dark color like Claret looking clean. The dirt road also makes me think big $$$$ for a paint job is not really worthwhile. Any opinions on these guys?

Their "Plus-4" has a $400 discount this week, normally $1600, so $1200 + $200 for two colors, plus some more for very minor body dings and door jambs etc...probably could do it all for < $2000....

Re: Anybody use 1-Day Paint and Body?

Well one thing that is totally false that I read on there is that they say most shops charge for baking and do most of their paintjobs outside of the booth. Actually most if not all shops prefer baking because of the quickness and when thier in the booth thier is a far less chance of dirt. Dupont paint i've used before and the coverage sucks. you can use more coats then other companies like PPG Deltron 2000 line. Also they offer a 5 year warrenty on the paint, well PPG offers lifetime garentee against wrinkling, shrinking, delamination, peeling. Whats unreal is that they charge almost $600 tosand/buff the dirt out, for that price they better block sand the whole car smooth. But for the price you really can't beat it so it's your choice. But if you do go and do it ask them if they use catalized urethane because that is the good stuff for paint/clears.
