Rear Vented Rotors

How hard would it be to get the Rear Vented Rotors like some of the other markets? Would it be simply: finding rear calipers and bolting them on? Or is it more in-depth than that?

As far as I know it should be as simple as getting a set of rear calipers and the brackets and swapping those on. I know that I can get the vented rotors easier and cheaper here than the USDM solid ones.

You don't really need them unless you're going to be abusing the brakes and building lots of heat though, a good set of pads and rotors will satisfy most people just fine.
