oooo No more Choo Choo, My Mechanic was right

I've been listening to the "Train in the Back Seat" for some time now, and frankly, when my Mechanic told me I didn't have a problem with my Bearings, I wasn't quite sure about his opinion.

I got new tires {non directional} on friday, and the sound is completely gone.
Also gone is the Steering Wheel's slight shimmy, and the Passenger seat shake.

Now I can concentrate more on the rattling on the front end. I feel confident that it is narrowed to the Axles, so more on that later.

No more hum. A nice addition {or subtraction} for Christmas.

So. Look at your tires along with considering your bearings, the different perspective may help.

Did you guys check the heat shield above the tranny?
Most of the rattling comes from the heat shield touching the tranny at a certain point.

What make of tires were causing your noise? And what new set did you put on to eliminate the noise?

The previous set were Kelly, and the new set are Yokohama Avid V4 225/50 16's. Not a sound coming from the wheels now.

I do have a loose exhaust hanger under the Driver, thanks for the suggestion.
