I don't understand "it is a privte lot", and they don't want to get involved. If you shot someone, they would be there in 12 seconds, private lot or otherwise.

She hit my bumper(my altima not my SVX) at the Wal-mart's parking
while I was in my car. She was trying to run away but I stopped her.
I still remember her plate. If she was trying to be nice, and, I might
forgive or whatever.....but she's lying to me with an invalid phone number
and trying to cheat me on a wrong policy#. I caught her copied the wrong
policy#. It's kind of mad that I was wasting my time to call and talk to
the agent and turned out she'd an invalid policy.

I could have gone to the police and wasting my time to them and
explain what happened. But some cops will explain they don't really
care for that since if you're hit at the private parking lot.

I don't really like StateFarm. I don't think they'd a really good deal
to me. If it's not your fault, if somebody hit you and you claimed
it, they will put it on your driving record too............................

Yeah, CYA........ I hope she'll get paid fairly one day for what she's

Well you know the old saying, what goes around comes around. The thing is, regardless of where you were, they would have had to make a report, they don't know whether you have comp or collision, but I am sure they would have wanted to know she had no insurance....they could have waited till she got on to a public road to arrest her. You might want to let them know anyway...it is fraud on top of everything else. You may not get the money back to fix it, but she will pay regardless.

Bingo!! I've been screaming that point for years. Go 7 miles over the speed limit and see how fast they "follow" you into a private lot. They do the same out here, they won't do a report if it's a private lot.

My friend almost got arrested in a "private lot" for reckless driving... damn i wish i had thought of this when i was talking to the cop there... would have at least made him think... my friends just lucky his mom worked for the state department.

I Spend A Few Day In Jail Back In Colorado For Not Having Insurance. I Never Have Been In To An Accident But I Still Payed The Price Of 5 Days In County For That. When That Happened My Insurance For Liability Was About $$250 A Month While Making $800 A Month. Couldn't Really Affort It. But At The End I End Up Paying More In Fine's. So Just Drive With Insurance. Why Put Your Self In The Risk...

Just To Find Out The All I Needed To Do Is Payed The $450. I Thought I Was Goint To Face A Real Judge With In A Real Court Room.. Like In Colorado.. But No It Was An Stinky Window With A Guy. That Only Want It The Money... I Laught,,,,, That Here In Vegas They Only Want Is To Make Money!!!!!!
