Starting problems...HELP!!!

The last week or so i have been having troubles starting my SVX.
After shouting profusely and profainly it starts after a few trys.
The starter works great and cranks hard but it seems like the fuel isnt getting in. sometimes after cranking a bit i stop and it is trying to run but really really low and rough. If i thromp on the gas it will sometimes fire up good and run great. Other times it will not start for 3 or 4 trys and then after thromping the gas it starts fine. Sometimes it just starts great no problems. This has been happening at all engine temps cold or warm. I am confused at what to check. I have not gotten any engine trouble codes either which of course makes this so troublesome.
Any ideas?
