Re: Fuel Filter

Well, I am getting my fluids done when I get the O2 sensor replaced and I figured I would go ahead and do the fuel filter too as this is normally done at the 60K service. Has anyone used this brand:

http://www.summitracing.com/parts/BCK-043-0979/

I also found this:

http://www.amazon.com/FRAM-G7367-In-...asoline-Filter

Or is there another one that is suggested?

Ouch! THIRTY-FOUR BUCK$! That's a little high for a $16.XX fuel filter, IMHO... Go Purolator for 1/2 the dough.

Cheers!

Can anyone post a pic of where the fuel filter is located, or explain to me where it is.

Re: Fuel Filter

Got to be one of the easiest locations of a fuel filter on a car. I've had some in the past that were insane just to get at, the SVX is just perfectly placed.

Re: Fuel Filter

Can anyone tell me accurately what size those fuel lines are?
I'd like to just pick up a few feet of it in advance of swapping my filter out, and I'd rather not have to pull off a section, and then drive to the store to match it up.

Thanks.
