Seatbelt troubles - again

The driver's side seatbelt is stuck in the forward postition and won't budge. Nothing helps; not opening the door with the motor running, giving it a gentle nudge, talking nicely to it - nothing. I've changed out the control unit with one I bought from a wrecking yard but that didn't help either. The seatbelt light is flashing steadily and the passenger seatbelt works just fine.

Any suggestions?

Time for some codes, probably a motor/track assy. I don't know if they come seperately. Check this thread for the procedure to get the codes
