timing belt idler tensioner

hi seems like the water pump crush the tensioner....

seems like the 2 idlers are okay, and the gear idlers also also are okay....

the hydraulic arm that pushes the idler tensioner also seems okay...

obviously the main idler tensioner is crushed...

main question... do i change all the idlers geared and non geared (4) plus the hydraulic arm adjuster, even though they look okay?

i include a photograph... thanks....

Uh, that doesn't look good.

I had that problem with my old-school Subarus. The bearings would get wet, a little bit of dirt would get in them, and pretty soon they'd squeal, chatter, and then stop. I installed grease fittings on all of them after they started failing consistently. To be completely fair, driving with the engine completely submerged in muddy water probably had more than a little to do with it, but the seals stink. What can I say?

What I found out during my experience was that once the bearings start making noise or don't turn freely and smoothly, they don't take very long to fail. If all the other bearings turn freely and smoothly without making any noise, I wouldn't worry about them. If they do have any roughness, they might survive if you can carefully lubricate them, but I wouldn't count on it. I know they're expensive, but if they don't feel like new, it might be worth your time to swap them.
