Question Low key drivetrain vibration

Team SVX, questions about 'low level vibrations"

Had the 92 SVX fail a Warrent of Fitness for a number of items, some of the more major being broken transmission mounts and a cracked rear Diff mount.
Suffice to say, some dosh splashed around cleared this up but after this, I've got an 'interesting' vibration that wasn't there previously.

When driving along at sub 60Km/h speeds (round town driving), I'm aware that as I'm slowing down under engine braking, the transmission is holding in the current gearing of choice, rather than down shifting to maintain engine revs and accompanying this, a low level vib can be felt through the car. This vib dispears as soon as the brake pedal is touched. The car never stalls, it just feels like it's holding in a higher gear longer than it used to.

Not being sure how long the transmission mounts were broken for (It's passed 2 previous WOF's before from the same Subie dealer), is it possible that when the transmission has been brought back into correct alignment, something shifted internally and is no longer central?

Any thoughts you might have are appreciated.

Simon
