Is it just me or are all the posts off by one hour since DST took effect?

I fixed my issue but I'm just curious if others had the same issue.

Yes they are off. You can change in your preferences in the date/time section to force DST correction. The section states:

"In addition, you may set the appropriate option to allow for daylight savings time in your part of the world. "

"Automatically detect DST settings"
"always on DST corrections"
"always off DST Correction"

I set it to Always On and it fixed my time.

I don't think there's a default entry in the database for each user.

Mine was set to AUTO and it was wrong.
I set it to OFF and it was still wrong.
I set it to ON and it was correct.
I changed it back to AUTO and it was still correct.
