not a fanof the 3/4 look, but the normal angel eyes I think would look quite good on the svx

I'm on the fence. Looks kind of ricey to me, but also kind of nice.

Something I'd do is use the how-to on the Integra site, and instead of cutting the ring in two places for two sets of LED's, cut the ring into quarters for four sets of LEDs, two in one colour, two in another. It would be neat to be able to switch from blue to red angel eyes whenever you feel like it.

I have always thought about the angel eyes too... I don't really like them replacing the regular lights like he did I think it looks funny I was thinking putting them in place of the fog lights as just a driving light... I think it'd look good...

Or have it go to red when power mode engaged (or when the boost kicked in...)

I couldn't find the one on the integra site I found a link to the one the guy did in his crx on there but that's it... can one of you guys link me to the other tutorial?
thanks! I am thinking about doing the blue ones when I get the clear lenses for my headlights do you guys know if it would be easier to melt the glue n peel off the fronts like the guy did on the crx and just put the clear lenses on that way? instead of cutting like small car tells you to?

I do not think this fits the look and feel of our cars...

Its not even a question whether it is "Rice" or not but rather it just doesn't fit the style of an SVX. BMW's look great with them... but they are BMW's they have two (as far as i remember) projectors and the roundness of the car all come together to form a overall great look. Our SVX's on the other hand have less curvature in the headlights... I mean common... the things are pretty much rectangles... thus I strongly believe it is just going to look out of place... you should go for eyelids to give an SVX a meaner look.. and HIDs...

Note: Everything expressed in this reply is a personal opinion and surprisingly enough they do VARY from person to person.

I'm in the process of making them, using the ideas of 3/4 rings, two sets w/ two different colors. I'm gonna make it so I can switch one set from white, to red. The white will be a full ring, and the reds will be a 3/4 ring to look angry. Also, when I switch to the reds, power mode will come on like Hondasucks suggested. When I finish them I will post some pics, maybe even a how-to.

Resurrection!

I'm prob gonna do this in Dec and will post pics, possibly an SVX how to.... I'll be putting them in the fog light space instead though so they are more visible, and setting them with a different switch so they can be turned off and on on their own like the fog lights....

Red light facing forward might be illegal. At least it is in CA. I did a redish light mod on my Impreza's front badge and I was pulled over. They made me yank the wire out in front of them.

Setting a switch? I really like the angel eyes idea.. At least I think I do. I would love to see this when it's done but I want to get started on mine as soon as possible. Would it be possible to do larger whites and smaller blue lights within the whites? Should any SVX specialist/mechanic know how to do this for me? I'm not mechanically inclined WHAT so ever..

Re: angel eye conversion

it's wicked easy and there are video how to's and detailed instructions on the integra forums, just check the links on the first page. It's a custom job, they wouldn't do it for you at a shop. There is one guy who's done them for the SVX so far that I know of. I will be doing mine in blue in the fog light position when I do the small car clear lenses next month
