Looks like they stick out too far and would rub.

Re: Black on black

They do now but with the camber adjusted they will tuck under, they are 18x9.5 with 20+ offset at the rear

Re: Black on black

Look good, and that is comming from someone who is not a fan of black wheels, from a distance they look too much like winter "steelies" to me and I see enough of those for 4 - 6 months around here.

Re: Black on black

Why do you put steelies on? Is it to protect the alloys from snow chains?

I was thinking just because they would be cheaper to have as an extra set for the winter tires to stay on.

Re: Black on black

Looks OK, but am not a fan of black on black.
Mine came with black on gold STi wheels, but my preference would be the grey ones.
And, my 4 studded snow tires are mounted on the OEM wheels.

I'm trying to decide if its just too much black, I also would like a side shot.
I run a set of stock wheel for my winter tires.

Here is a shot of my black Wheels:

Re: Black on black

I like the silver/black better

Yes icing is correct, it seems every 2nd car (including my wife's mini van) has steelies with the winter tires, and nobody bothers with hubcaps, so the totally black look is not as impressive to me, but I can understand that somewhere that it is unique it would be cool.
