PCM/OBD question

What changes has the on board diagnostics gone through on the SVX between '92 and '97? Not only computer wise but I assume there is at least on extra O2 sensor on '96 and '97s any other changes along those lines?

<i>I don't know much about it but I read things as I scan this forum about the Hydra... is it OBDII?</i> What things might you have to do to go from OBDI to II?
