<<i also have a slight rattle in my front suspension still, especially near the right front so i am going to have them give my suspension a good once over to see if something is loose.>>

I got a set of stock struts. I'll sell 'em to you for 100.00 apiece.

<<I have heard of people putting them in one of the wheel wells but am not sure how it gets air across it in that location. >>

I believe that those who've installed in the fender well have mounted a thermostatically controlled aux fan. Check nubsjr's install.

My rebuilder mounted mine in front of the condensor unit, at the bottom, just behind the slots in the air dam. I was worried that road debris might be a problem, but, after following some friends down a gravel road a couple of weeks ago, and not finding any "bent fins," that fear has been dispelled.

that sounds cool aredub.

i dont want to deal with an aux fan. i think i am going to go with the setup behind the radiator for simplicity purposes.

A couple of words on this set up. First, it is pretty cozy and you need to make sure you leave room for the drive pulley to clear the top of the cooler. Second, if and when you replace your timing belt you will need to remove the cooler to allow room for the belt cover to come off. My cooler is held in place by 4 zip ties. Makes it pretty easy to remove and reinstall when the time comes. As my timing belt was recently replaced I think I have some time before I need to mess with the thing.

Sorry, but I don't have any photos to help you out.

no problem....

i will make sure they leave room for the drive pulley and i just had my timing belt replaced 13,000 miles ago so i have at least a couple of more years before it needs it again. thanks again for all the info., i am sure they will do a good job.
