I'm sure had they not, folks would have jumped all over it.
What would have been great is if he didn't say that, then svxAL called, made arangements to view the car, and showed up in his car, that the photo was of, to see if the guy recognized it. Hard to be same color when that's a custom two-tone paint job. Considering the guy selling the car has an LSi, he'd also have a spoiler, car in picture does not. I wonder if the actual owner's wheels are on backwards.
