Aw Jen, You know you'd rather hang with us, than the NASIOC crowd

It's cool either way, I know you made some friends from
NASIOC last year, but we'd love to have ya hang with us too.

We're probably a tamer crew than the NASIOC group, I guess it just depends on what floats your boat (or when you can get off from work )

And DreamingOfSpeed, I'm glad to hear you and your boyfriend are going to try to make it up

Well now its changed to my dad and i. Maybe the boyfriend too. Definitely me and some male i know the question is whom will it be? It all depends on the weather and my dads race schedule.

I dont know if we're that much tamer. My 'friend' with the pocket protector goes every year to the NASIOC meet and he claims that the meets are 'boring' (perhaps he's looking for more civilized fun thought, like pocket pc simcity. his number 1 hobby!)

Well...I guess I should say, I'm pretty boring
It has always been a dry opton county there, (so it was a BYOB) but, as I understand it now, they are selling beer at the stores at Fontanna Village now....I don't drink myself, but I know several attendee's do.

I enjoy the roads, and the company of the other Subie nuts that come to the meets.....lots of bench racing ....seeing old friends, and meeting new ones,... all that love the odd Subarus like we do.

Its all those Imprezas he's been buying, fixing, driving and selling that are making him boring. Next I hear he's gonna trade his SVX in on a Crown Vic in of course beige.

your 'friend' isn't the only one that feels that way about the NASIOC meets.

don't get me wrong, i've met some cool people there, some of which i still hang out on with on a regular basis...but then again they quit going to NASIOC meets too.

however, i had great fun last time i was up in the smokies with huck, ben, matt, and a few others.

so i may have to attend this one. i'll have to see what's on my plate around that time before i can make a decision.

Hope you decide to come Harry, It'll be good to see you again (and you could pick up your AC Compressor if not I'll ship it to you, heck, I'd even install it for you at the meet )
