steering wheel shakes when i brake

Hi everyone

i got 92 svx with 290,000kms...

the problem started few months ago, progresively.
then i changed the mags to havier ones, and it started to shake more.

so what could be the problem? bad rotors? do they need machining?

Sounds like either an alignment issue or worn or warped rotors...?
