SVX stud pat- what is it?

Hey everyone, i recently tried to change the mags on 92 SVX
the mags which were supposed to fit subaru did not fit me

WHATS THE STUD PAD FOR SVX? seems like its not usual 100x5 :s

stud pattern is 5 X 114.3 or 5 x 4.5 inches. It is also important to have at least a 45mm offset.

Red face hmm cheers, but whats offset?

what is 45mm offset?

well 5x114.3 sounds as most cars but still need to get rid of those 17" chromes stupid subaru grrrr

Significant Technical Input Registered SVX
All the other Subaru 5 lugs use the smaller pattern, the SVX is the only Subaru to use the 114.3/5 pattern

The offset is the distance in or out that the rim centerline is from the hub. You may be calling this by a different name down under - maybe Harvey or Trevor can clue us in on that. An offset much different from stock will theoretically put more strain on the wheel bearings and cause premature failure. Many have run 45mm offsets for a long time with no problems, including myself. 55mm is the stock offset.

Damn still confused with offset man :s

is it possible to provide any pic or a more detail what is it?

ok so far i got the fugly SVX mags which piss me off, the chromes from WRX did not fit and it pissed me off even more lols
so now im selling em, and wanna get proper mags for my SVX
ok stud pattern of 5x114.3 is easy as its Supra, RX7, Skyline and many other stud pattern, but offset?? 45mm u say?

could u pls tell me more bout what it is, as i neva worried bout mags b4..so no idea what u r talking bout lols

but still!!

Did anyone know about RX7 batmobile wheels, or supra 93on wheels, or skyline GTS-t wheels? as they are same as SVX
5x114.3 stud pad, and 16 inch wheels with 7.5 inch width

what offset do they have? what center bore diamiter
or anyone can suggest any other factory wheels which will fit and will be nice looking...

still dont understand whats the point to make mint car with such fugly wheels :S

i decided not to put chromes anymore, as they get stolen tooo often ova here :s
