seatbelt error 12

I got an error 12 when I ran seatbelt diagnostics, the light blinks ALL THE DAMNED TIME, and the driver side seat belt is stuck in half track and hasnt moved since I got the car months ago. now Im going to try and fix it....(fixed the foglight switch, this is next...).

Something isnt working in the drivers door. when I open it, no dome light appears, and the car doesnt seem to know that the doors been opened. and the seatbelt of course doesnt work either. So I am thinking door actuator. but I dont see any simple little buttons like all other cars have to show the doors been opened or closed, in the frame of the car. in detailed babied down instructions, what do I do next?

another old unanswered thread!

Was this issue ever resolved?

Seatbelt error 12 indicates "Open and closed ends of driver's side door latch switch are OFF"

I did I did

It was not closing because of the rear lock limit switch. I ended opening it up and resetting the spring that was set behind the top latch. I wrote a post a little earlier about this.
