SVX MAF part no. is 22680AA200. I checked my Subaru Parts CD and the only other Subaru model to share the same part no. is a 1994-1996 Legacy DOHC Turbo (EJ20H).

Hope this helps.

..........which is not available in the US. The US turbos were 2.2 SOHC. There was no US model that shared the SVX MAF. A Legacy MAF might work, but I suspect some engine performance problems could arise (poor gas mileage, rough idle maybe).

... but is available as a used JDM import in New Zealand, which is where 6evil9 is from. Actually the Legacy is by far the most popular used JDM import, so there should be plenty in the wreckers yards.

Any 94-96(May) Legacy sedan (BD5) or wagon (BG5) with the EJ20H motor. (single turbo)
