What wrenches are you guys talking about?

I have the toolkit (near the spare, right? With the jack and whatnot?), wheel chocks, SVX folder, all maintenence records (including ORIGINAL WINDOW STICKER WOO WOO!), and I just ordered the SVX keychain and penlight from ebay.

There are two allen-type wrenches. One in an "S" configuration and the other in an "L" configuration. One is the emergency sunroof wrench, the other is the emergency seatbelt wrench. One is (supposed to be) located in the glove box, the other, in the console, under the felt panel.

These come with the toolkit. I got practically nothing when I got mine. Considering the dealer I bought it from, I'm lucky I got the spare and jack. I just bought the toolkit and am steadily trying to put the car back to right. I think I might draw the line at hunting down the doodads though.

It's a Jedi thing - an SVX without the doodads creates a disturbance in the Force.

Dang! There was a videotape? Now I'm REALLY aggravated!

Angry ?

Yeah.. I knew about the video tape... but two wrenches??? I knew about the one in the console... but the glove box too. Maybe I'll give up paint the things yellow and put a 6foot wing on the back!!!!

Is there a list somewhere of all the dodads?? (even a thingamjig list)

BROKEN KEY?

Is it possible there could be a piece of a broken key in there?
That happened to me with my black one. The key seemed to go all the way in, but wouldn't turn. I took it to a locksmith and he pulled a 1/4" key piece out of there.

Unca Mitzi,

You have to learn that zebra stripes don't mix well with the 'Y-word'. Maybe our esteemed prez would be more accepting of the 'Y-color' if it had some black spots on it like leopard skin. He does seem to have a penchant for animal hides.

I hope no animals were harmed during the production of our fearless leader's BVDs.

Dick Young,

Believe me when I say that it's definitely not a pretty sight to see a naked man chasing a herd of zebras. Even the lions were stunned .

If you look at the keys there will be an "X" on the regular key and a "Y" on the valet key. Some dealers and locksmiths are smart enough to ask if it's an X or a Y key. Also, write down the 4 digit number that is on it. If you ever lose the keys or lock them inside a locksmith can cut a key just from the #.

After careful

Digging in the new car I found the chocks! The tool kit I have consists of 2 end wrenchs, a pair of pliers, the lug wrench and a reversible screwdriver. I only have the allen wrench in the console, I don't have original keys (but I have one blank) .. I have all of the maunuals and folders and the video tape... I guess I'm missing the penlight and a pen??? anything else? is there a list?
