Question P/N confusion!!

Went to Subaruparts.com to get several sensors on the
R that have decided to show their age. The site has somewhat different nomenclature than what I'm used to in the shop manual. Can one of you garage gods clear me up on the *proper* part numbers so I don't order the wrong things?

Throttle position sensor
Cam Angle sensor
Speed sensor #2
EGR solenod

All these guys have generated ECU trouble codes. For the EGR, would I be better trying to clean the Valve itself, or should I go ahead and order the part?

Mucho Thanks.

I would do the TPS as that can confuse the TCU and ECU. How many miles on your car? I don't have experience with the other parts.

Significant Technical Input
Did all of these items go TU at the same time? One or two items is plausible, but when that many show up it's usually a massive glitch, someone's horrible wiring error or a computer. If nobody has been re-wiring the car I'd clear the computer memory and see if the problems repeat. Also if there's any chance that these devices were unplugged while the ignition was on the code(s) could be generated. Remember that just because the computer says "EGR Solenoid" it doesn't necessarily equate to the solenoid itself actually being bad (this applies to all codes, not just the EGR.) I wish it was that simple, my life would be so much easier.

That being said, here's what I came up with:

TPS - 22633AA080
CPS - 22056AA030
VSS2 - 31937AA040 - I'm not certain this is correct, could not verify at Alldata.
Sorry, I couldn't find an EGR solenoid listing @ svxparts or on Alldata.

Check out the codes, clear the memory and see if they come back.
