Did that "fancy spoiler" make much noise?

Glad to know that you got home just fine.

We are keeping the real beer on ice for you here whenever you feel the urge.

And you missed a really good bbq!!!

Bad news

Gee Mitch thats not fun at all. In Michigan, since "W" took office we have lost about 265,000 jobs in the manufacturing sector. Hard to say how many in other areas. The state has been cutting back every year, and next year they are already saying the deficit will be a half billion. Hope you find something you like to do. Take care, BOBB

Well, glad to hear about the car part, it's about time you got it back. How does it look now? Sorry to hear about the job, that sounds rather stressful. But maybe it will give you an excuse to escape SLC?

Actually

Forget the bad news part.

About 2 weeks ago I had my 6month check up, and we discovered that my blood pressure was way high at work and normal away from work. When I'm talking High, I'm talking 185 over 165. That's just dangerous! Yesterday I took my BP at the normal times (without taking my meds) and recorded an average of 125 over 72 with the low being 119/62 pulse 60 at rest and the high being 140 over 75 with a pulse of 85 after a short walk.

So... I think they saved my life. I'm going to see if I can take a couple of days off (after I apply for unenployment on monday) and then think about getting to work again, at a place that won't kill me.

The car looks fine. The insurance took care of repainting the left side wheels. When I saw how great they looked repainted and smooth, I had the other side done on my nickel .. well it was really to the tune of 107.00 per wheel... but I makes the whole car shine.

So ... anyone want a meet? I've got some time on my hands...

Maybe it's just a coincidence but I think having your SVX back has lowered your blood pressure. Now you can relax and just drive around.

Sometimes we just need to take some time to stop and enjoy our SVX's and everything around us.
