Brake pedal is sticking

Dear Guys,

I found some topics, but unfortunately without the solution. When I leave the brake it is sticking, I have to use another foot to leave it. It is millimeters. But the brake light is on.

I’m hearing a strange noise near the transmission, when i use my foot to leave the brake pedal. please see the video.

It was easy, Just the pedal adjustment, tightening adjustment nut. That´s it.
