We got to the super bowl with out TO...mcnabb will be perfectly fine. And TO can't hold out for too long.....he needs his money. ....i miss freddie mitchell hahahahaha.....no i don't

That was then. Want to compare all time records? Didn't think so. No one can stay up top for long with free agency. Dallas is closer now then it has since we whooped on you all the time in the mid 90's. After T.O. (loser boy fits) who is your top WR? Pinkston? Come on. I'd take any of the Cowboys top 3 over him. That was the point. As for baseball, how many Phillies made it? Was it just Abreu? I'll have to go over to MLB.com and see how Baltimore made out.

Go ahead and dig up all time records I dont care....its not going to make the cowgirls any better than they are now. I was just trying to point to you that TO is not what the philadelphia eagles is and are. Donovan mcnabb is the heart and soul of this franchise and all of us eagles fans know it. With out him we would have gotten nowhere. None of us could care less about TO...at least i don't. I was there for the pevious 3 years when we were in the NFC championship game with out TO when mcnabb was throwing to pinkston and the likes. And as for abreu being the only phillie to make it thus far.....brett myers and billy wagner are on the final ballot and might make it in...and pat burrel should have made the team but with the overload of outfielders i dont think he will make it. Carlos beltran is having a terrible year yet he will be starting in center field

. Which is why the teams and players should decide who starts and the fans can decide on reserves....afterall they are playing for home field in the world series now.

I totally agree with you. There are always players who make it based on reputation over how they are playing. How many votes did Nomar get and he is on the DL for the year. Baltimore had 4 that I saw. Not bad. The Nats are doing really well. How many did they have? As long as it's more then the Mets!!!

Yeah the O's have 4 all stars....phills r gonna be stuck with just abreu....but he is also in the home run derby. Those nats are no joke...they are for real this year. Funny how the leading vote for short stop is for someone who is on the DL

I went to MLB.com and it only has 1 Phillie and 4 Orioles. They still have to many Yankees, especially that self-absorbed POS Sheffield.

I don't want to cast aspergions, but how does a guy who never hit more then 30 in a year, hit 42 in one night? Something fishy in the HR derby. He walloped people with far better power numbers in their career.

But sometimes people get into grooves and a good rythym...its happened to me before. Game situations are alot different...your seeing different pitches and speeds....this is more consistent. But I hate this whole new idea for home run derby....i'd much rather it be just the best hitters in it although not all of them would participate.

Trade rumors are really heating up....And it looks like the phillies have said everyone on the team is available. The fire sale is going to begin...and thank god. Even Thome is being shopped around but I dont think anyone will take on his large contract. Wagner will probably end up in Boston when its all said and done. We have more than a few promising minor leaguers that I would love to see get a chance to play this year.

So pat burrel goes yard twice.....and MIKE LIEBERTHAL goes yard twice WTF?!?!....our boy ryan howard also went yard....13-7 final and were on a 3 game winning streak and back in 3rd place. 6 games out of first....i hope the phightins are back!

I just watched my 1980 World Champion phillies DVD....the 25th aniversary collectors edition. Man what a team...makes me proud to be a phillies fan....

But yeah only 4 games back of the WC.....im not sure trading wagner to the sox would be starting a fire sale. We have urbina to close games...and wags is a free agent at seasons end..so we might as well get something for him now i suppose. Boston has a 3B and C prospect we desperatley need to replace bell and lieberthal. Gluck to your orioles! I hope they can pull it out!
