Hydra EMS Nemesis II ver. 2.7 RELEASED

Ok so as promised here is the breakdown of the new Ver. 2.7 of Hydra EMS Software and Hardware. As far as when I will start selling them, I'm going to get one in here probably in the next month and start to play around with it and see how it differs from 2.6 so that I can better support those of you who decide to purchase. Also we should still be able to trade in any 2.6 EMS for a Stage III 2.7 Working on IRIS support and VE Maps, VE Base Map will be the only base map that will cost.

Pricing:
Hydra Nemesis: Pricing broken down by stage, see below
Base Maps: $0 (currently offering for free with purchase, 2 maps, one from Element, and Tom's original 2.6 map converted to 2.7)
Torque Control harness upgrade and Map: $50 (not currently offered)
Wideband Sensor and Harness: NTK L2H2 kit for $450 extra, and their standard kit for $260
AIT(Air Intake Temp) Sensor and Harness:~$99.95(in development)

Hydra 2.7 Specs and breakdown
The Hydra2.7 has complete new firmware and software along with new processor with onboard datalogging and new idle, boost control, aux map and long term trim strategies. The 2.7 will also have capability to configure for additional sensors as inputs with configurability. Stage5 Epsilon has built in CAN Bus for use with external dashes, so you can run a dash and tune at same time. Hydra2.7 will be firmware upgradeable remotely without sending the ecu back. Each stage will be upgradeable to the next remotely without sending the ecu back.
You can also just buy individual Capabilities if you do not want the next full stage upgrade.
Stage 1 Alpha and Stage 2 Beta will be stripped down versions with fewer outputs and inputs then the current Hydra2.5 and 2.6. To get equivalent Outputs as the Hydra2.6, you will at least need the Stage 3 Gamma upgrade

Re: Hydra EMS Nemesis II ver. 2.7 RELEASED

New maps available and new harness has been updated to include IRIS functionality directly out of the box. VE Stage II and Stage III maps will be getting designed in the next few months.

Until this guy makes good on the intakes, it would not be wise to give him any money.

Re: Hydra EMS Nemesis II ver. 2.7 RELEASED

It is not listed on their site, but Phil Grabow at Element Tuning is also able to get the hydra for the SVX. He will be tuning mine this spring so I can dial in the supercharger perfectly.

Re: Hydra EMS Nemesis II ver. 2.7 RELEASED

Another vote here for Phil Grabow. I never used him personally but he has a great reputation among STi folks.
