Can anyone post a telephone number for C Scott Williams of Bruce Titus Automotive, the Subaru parts suppliers?

I have emailed a number of times since February, and the last answer said they were waiting on the Engine/Gearbox volume for the '92 manual set I ordered.

Hmmmm, wonder why that one was out of stock?

The number I have is this from an email:

but toll free numbers do not work internationally. I need a direct dial, Joe-pays-the-bill, number so I can create a stink, mano a mano, face to face.

So much for web connectivity when the incompetent can hide behind the technology.

I've noticed that if you send him a regular e-mail, you will never get an answer.

Mark that e-mail urgent, and he'll respond within a day.
