new body kit?

has anyone seen this body kit? I stumbled across one night just surfing for parts. I tried to email the place that has it on its internet site but they just said it was one of their customers and had no idea about the body kit. Any help would be awesome.
ps- Has anyone heard of Cusco body kits? That's what it says on the front lip.
