Registered and insured for the first time in 9 years.

Couldn't find any good curvy roads nearby (midwest sure is flat, I miss my mountains) so I slalomed through the side streets.

I know exactly what you mean. had my AC recharged today, so now I don't have to have the windows all down all the time! Simple, but immensely helpful with our high heat and humidity. Luckily this was only a minor issue in Lafayette.

Replaced right front ball joint and stabiliser kit. Guess the 4500 mile trip to the 25th meet (plus 25 years of use) plum wore 'em out. Think I may have killed a rear bearing too.

Thanks. BTW You were right about the belts in the tires 2 are bad. I've ordered a new set of 4.

I lost 2 tires on a trip to the Reading Meet one year, due to broken belts....Luckily I was running it as a RWD at the time so the tires didn't have to match front to back...

Got my lowering springs, drilled rotors, organic pads, and s/s lines installed the other day. Took her thru the car wash to get rid of all the grimy fingerprints, and she's looking good! Those 17" Honda Accord wheels are a PITA to clean, with 10 spokes having a total of 30 sides that have to be cleaned. But I like the look it gives the car, definitely more of a touring look than a "fast and furious" look. I think the next things on my "to do" list will be to replace the non-functional power antenna with a black fixed mast antenna, that way I can remove it when it's covered inside my storage unit. And I'll look into replacing the hood struts...
