you can see in this video where the actuator is at inside your door. you can't see the actuator itself but can see its location by the rod going to your door lock. you will have to remove the door panel to mess with it.

i don't remember exactly how it came out when i messed with mine but i think it came out after i removed the several torx bolts around the latch, then came out with it

it's normal to get water in your door, you should check if the drain hole is plugged up

It may be, but when I painted my car, I drilled 5 holes in the bottom of each door for drainage, and those work as I can see the draining on the inner door piece; I just bought a set of waterproof speakers for the door; Now if I can just get this lock think working itll be all good
