Avaible Colors? Patches?

I was just wondering if maybe we could have like two or so colors available.
I mean with summer here, white shirts seem to be best but when it's cooler, I prefer dark colors such as black.. kind of like having a shirt for all occasions! LOL
What would also be nice is SVX patches.. you know because those you get a whole bunch of and just sew/glue onto whatever you want
Then you can have SVX everything.. or am I getting too obsessive?

Colour wise, we can add any colours we want. It's the interest. If there are enough interest, I can start working on the shirts and caps. I also need colours specs.

We have a decent amount of colours and both fitted and unfitted caps. I am giong to get a fittet with SVX logo on it again since the one I posted was lost. Again, I will get a couple of mine running first and then ask you guys again after the samples are done.

SVX hats

Reference to the 1st post in this thread:
If the interest is not there for the factory logo design for the embroidered hats, maybe I will change it to say ALCYONE SVX instead of Subaru to spur interest.
The lettering can be either black or white on the red rectangle. See the design on my center taillight panel

Frankly, I'd prefer the factory design -- however on a "fitted" black hat.

I concur with Aredub.

Alcyone sounds 'Maxima (sic) egotistica'. (Yes, I know it's not really a word.)

Hey, by golly. This is the SVX world! We can make up our own words if we want to. We can have our own language here -- SVXese.

I'd have thought you'd want a "fitted" white hat, to go with your fitted white tux (with the tie in the back arms).

LOGO

Since aredub prefers to "mysterious-ize" his car, maybe we can let him have a black or white fitted cap with just the red rectangle and no wording.
.
Question: Who in this club has the least amount of SVX wording on their cars. If you keep the original Subaru oval hood emblem and change your wheels you still have the one in the tail light. Has anyone gotten rid of that one?

As for the car with the most SVX emblems (not including decals) I think nubsjr holds the title. If you count his center caps and spoiler reflection, I count 7.

The only thing that says my car is Subaru from outside is tail light. my hood has the new logo on it. The side tag badges has been removed and the svx has been cut out and relocated to near bottom. So on the whole car, SVX was written 4 times (one at the front, 2 on the sides, and one at the back). and Subaru once -- at the back

I have the original wheel centers and original tail light piece. I have the Alcyone hood emblem. The only other place that identifies my car as a Subaru or SVX are the two Network decals -- one in each lower corner of my front windshield.

I have 7 "Subaru", 4 "SVX".
Although it's fun to Mysterious-ize the car by de-Subaruing (new word) it, sometimes it's worth keeping a few Subaru badges to get the "that's a SUBARU?" reaction.
I would love to get the "Alcyone" back light panel, not so much because it doesn't say Subaru, but because nobody knows what an Alcyone is!

Agggh!!!

As for 'mysteriousing' a car, that is hilarious!!! We have the reverse here....the phenomenon of buying a 318is BMW, buying spoilers, wheels, interior and badges so that it looks like an M3!!! Yet the total cost is not far off that of an early second hand M3 by the time they have finished!!

One night we were out in my friends WRX and we came across some other young folk in a silver E55 Mercedes. Lo and behold they began the 'red light creep' or rolling start......my friend was loathe to take on an E55 but thanks to prodigious egging on, he launched it.....and blew the Merc away....turns out it was an E220 with an ORIGINAL!!! AMG bodykit ordered from the dealers....all $20,000 worth of it!!!!! Crazy!!

Gee, James - since you're not using it right now, I would be glad to trade you my "SUBARU SVX" back light for it!

Then we would both have "different, mysterious" back light panels!
