Have you ever considered letting someone else wire up your car stereos???

I don't know you, but I couldn't resist making a joke.

Hope you find it good-natured humor.

HAHA, its ok I even laugh about it now..

Both were rotary engine fires, both cars making in excess of 560RWHP...leaky injectors that flow nearly 2000cc can burn your **** down fast...heh...

1 of them, I drove on fire for about 12 miles, wondering what the smell was....

That sounds like Lwin driving to PA a few years back

Doug: "Do you smell something?"
Lwin: "Its probably my car"

a few minutes later his car is stuck in a rest stop with a disintegrated bearing.

heh, I had just finished beating the ever living **** outta a SRT-4, and he pulled up next to me and we're talking, and he's like, nice car...and it stalled, im like, yeah nice car.....so i start it up, and take off from this stop light like a mad man, and at the next light its harder to start, but it gets going...I smell funny stuff, so i just drive it home boosting it, and getting hesitations...so im like oh well i will figure it out in the morning, i pull in my driveway, and im quite curious to the smell, my turbo had a habit of melting the silicon that connected the intake, so i figured it was that, so i pop the hood, and to my suprise there is a 9 inch flame chillin on my fuel rail....Im like, OH @)%#!!! bust in my house, like OH ****! closest thing was the dog's water bucket....SPLASH...it goes out, i stayed up all night pulling the motor apart, i found out that the oil injection system had failed, so the hot ass motor, from lack of lube got a few drops of gas, which ignited, then the fire spread to the fuel rails...car was sold a few weeks later......it didnt destroy it, but the motor was toast...

when car fires go REAL BAD

One fo my friends has an s-10 that he puts all his money into except on insurance. Needless to say it caught on fire and melted his $2000.00 new billet wheels. Then it set his garage on fire and burnt down the house he rents. This happened two weeks after he wrapped his motorcycle around a telephone pole.

Good Times
