No year listed. Velour interior could mean FWD ala US version.

It's a used JDM import, no black roof and no BBS alloys indicates an S40II model, only made between 94/07 - 94/10. It's 4WD but the S40 and S40II were 'cost down' models as Subaru Japan tried to increase very poor sales with a cheaper price.
