Interior of SVX
Looking to re-do my interior and working on it, but having a hard time taking off the felt panels. The one under the steering wheel. Anyone know how to do this? One spot seems to be difficult. Any links?

Pop out the mirror adjustment buttons and the coin holder on each side of the steering wheel and there will be I believe 3 - 10mm bolts. Once you get the off the panel just angles down and you can slide it towards the seat and pull it off.

Interior...
Thanks Subie.. new to the forum and it seems to be good. I have a 95 Bordeaux LSI plan on doing the thing over.. Keep it as much stock as possible.
Since you seem to be experienced on this stuff..how diffucult is it to remove the glovebox and surrounding pieces of felted material? Found a place in VT that does a super job of re-upolsterying. Have done the doors, now the dash.. Sweet material Tahnks for your help.. Bill |

No problem.
I'm not entirely clear on taking the glovebox off, but I think there's a few screws/bolts inside and behind the glovebox itself you have to remove. Somebody else will probably chime in and give you the details.

Oooo I thought I forgot something(the clip on the right side of the panel). I didn't know of the 3rd bolt down on the bottom since mine didn't have one from the PO ooopps
