Power Seatbelts Getting stuck?
For a long time I have had this problem and am just now getting around to requesting advice. A lot of times when I open the door, the power seatbelt does not move forward. Instead, it twitches, and I have to physically poke it. Then it moves forward. It's like it's getting stuck or caught on something. It only happens on the driver's side and it is not the connection issue that i read about on here; it does it regardless of weather the car is on or not. Sometimes i have to use a little more force and coaxing, but it almost always opens eventually.
Please help me! I'm getting tired of all the automatic features on my car turning semi-automatic (sunroof too). Thanks --Mike

Mine does the same thing. I've never been bothered to fix it. I did notice it worse when it's cold out.
I do remember someone suggesting the cable may be frayed.
