Windows & Rail Scratches

I am noticing that the rails from my windows (something of the sort) are scratching my windows in the center, I have seen this before on other vehicles I didnt care about as much and let it go. I am wondering if I need to clean them or they need to be replaced...
Help me :>
Thanks

An SVX is not an SVX without 'em

To prevent them from getting worse remove the inner door panels and clean or replace all the felt pads.

Hmmm Maybe just replace the windows with that cool Race safety netting and weld the doors shut..
