Sometimes Car Wont Start

I have an intermittent problem my car won't start. When it won't start, the fuel pump is not energizing. I do not he the pump run and prime the system like it should. Is there a relay that is bad or is the fuel pump going bad bad wiring to the pump?

Are you saying the engine will crank but there is no fuel?

There is a connection under the back seat that seems to give trouble. Some have found that the connector has burned up. There is a pump relay under the dash, near the top of the brake pedal.

Harvey.
