That's what I'll do then. Does anybody know where I can get a new 3.90 gear set that will fit in the SVX diff? Exactly which subarus came with the large rear diff housing and 3.90 gears? Thanks for all the help.

Well, I pulled the cover off the impreza diff that I had, and it turned out that it did have 4.11's, so I was told wrong about having 3.90's. OOPS.
Which cars had large housings and 4.11's? Thanks for all the info. |

Most Legacys have the 4.11's...the Turbo Legacy had 3.90's and a few Outbacks came with 4.44's but probably 85% were 4.11's
