Unhappy LITTLE things that IRK you about the SVX

I'm not referring to the more obvious SVX problems, i.e. transnmission failures, warping rotors, bearring replacements but list the small items like drooping sunvisors etc etc.........
What ticks me off almost daily is the release button on the center console. My elbow just seems to fit right in that exact spot. So the console is forever being released and lifts up when i lift my arm up AARRHHHHH

I have an annoying interior rattle from the right rear. I've taken the entire rear apart to try to find it, and dynamatted with no luck.

My solution thus far has been to turn up the volume on my stereo.

My passenger side window seems to be off the track or something because it won't close all the way without help from me.

Actually i do NORMALLY keep 2 hands on the wheel but instead of the 10/2 o'clock position my hands are normally in the 8/4 o'clock positon or maybe even 7/5, so there for the right arm is normally on the center console and left arm on the door console, pretty comfortable. That changes depending on traffic... then there are the times when the knee is doing the steering but we will not talk about that, it drives my wife crazy.......

I was gonna say nothing, the car is perfect, but this gets to me sometimes. Mine is way too dark and obviously plastic. Looks good, but it's a cheap good.

My center console doesn't open merely from pressing the button so I dunno what's the deal with you guys.

SVX ISSUES !!!!!!!!

Well lets see, the rusty doors just drive me crazy, the brown rusty looking spots on the doors speaker are annoying I am not sure what do about that. The lumbar bar seems to be a joke in my car as well as the cute cheap looking cup holder. The first time I use the cup holder on my return trip from purchasing the car in Illinois. The entire thing came with the cup of coffee when I was driving. What the heck, I thought ………lol now I bet there’s a truck driver had to of seen me just having a good old laugh….lol

#1. Passenger rear window fell off track, need a 'plastic clip'.
#2. Sometimes have slight fuel smell eminating from the engine bay.
#3. Dome Light doesn't Work.
#4. Problem with the wiring with the drivers side stop bulb so every time I hit the brakes I see a bright red "STOP LAMP" light.
#5. Transmission shifts rough sometimes from 1st to second.
#6. Nice big tear in the drivers seat where the stitching is.
#7. No Passenger side sun visor, and every time I bid on one on ebay someone snipes at the last second.
#8. Cd Player has a mind of its own, also doesn't like burned CD's very much.
#9. Sunroof needs help opening.
#10. Strange 'mind of its own' vibration noise coming from the rear deck.
#11. Blown hood struts.
#12. Blown trunk struts (gotta be careful closin that thing, its HEAVY)
#13. Gas gauge works fine, but I suspect the low fuel light does not.
#14. Button fell out of the center console, so now I have to jam my finger in there to get it to open.
#15. The fake wood is ugly looking and worn, just looks like cheap-y plastic now.
#16. For some reason when the a/c is not on, hot air comes up from the floorboard area, but goes away when the a/c is on.
#17. NO CLIMATE CONTROL... What were they thinking? Maybe it would be nice to not have the air blowing in your face all the time, what if your feet get cold in the winter? There is no way to direct the air to the floor only.
And Lastly....
#18. NO CUP HOLDER...

Ok, enough ranting...

Fixed the console with those little screws.

But I do have this strange rattle almost like Tin under the left side of the dash. Anyone else have that?
