19"s on the SVX?

Summer's coming soon, so it's time to prepare.

Last year i had 225 x 7.5 x 18 on the subie but i'd like to put 19's on her.
On a few application charts i've seem, 18's are the max. recommended for the svx. However, i remember reading that some here have 19's.

So, what i'd like to know is if there are any modifications needed before they would fit. And how wide can i go.

I could just get the wheels and find out for myself but this might be a better route to take.
