Power Window issue

On my front driverside window of my 94 SVX if you hit the power window switch the window will go down but if you try to put it up the window just jumps up and down like something is keeping it from going up. I have took off my door panel but I don't see anything that would cause that. Has anyone had this problem of have an idea what to look at.
