Talking I'll show you mine, if you'll show me yours.

I put pictures of a couple of my bikes mounted on the SVX in my locker.

How do you do bikes/boards? Can I see?

Here's what I ride, it looks exactly like this (even the black and blue):

http://www.diamondback.com/images/it...pangablu-f.jpg

Rock shocks, shimano crap all over it, and it's fairly light. I like it. I just wish I could get riding more.

Hey, what type of bike rack do you have????

I tried similar racks, but had a hard time fitting them over the spoiler. I'm glad to see that something works.

I have a roof rack for the SVX, but I've never actually fit it to the car. I don't remember whether it's set up for skis or bikes.

As for how I carry my bike, I got the ultimate SVXessory: a beater car that I don't have to worry about getting dirty.

A rack on a plastic trunk??? Does it work?
I mean, i tryed to instull mine, but I just though it would damage the paint, and the fiber glass trunk (i think that is what it is)

Well I can show you my bikes, I just need to upload some pics, will do......

Rob,
The rack is a Rhode Gear Cradle Shuttle II. It carries one small-wheeled bike (BMX, 20" SWB Recumbent, 24" MTB, etc.) and one large wheeled bike (26", 27", 700c). They also make a Cradle Shuttle III, which had another slot for a full-sized bike. They only made the rack for a couple of years. I've tried several others (Bones, etc.), but haven't found any that would fit over the spoiler like the RG.

Nikita,
Have I got a site for you!
http://www.biketrials.com/
You'll find some tips on the best way to clean some of those traps you've set up. I've been riding trials (started with motorcycle trials) since 1969. I'm not very good, but I have a great time.

Nick,
You're accessory sounds like the way to go, if I didn't have to liscense/insure/etc. I actually considered trying to fabricate a rack/trailer hitch for the recumbent which would mount the MTB or trials bike, but the more I thought about it, the less I wanted to do it. I'll just take the SVX.

Hey, I just went on my first ride of the season last night. Woohoo! I didn't hate it as much as I usually hate my first couple rides every year.

Beautiful day for a ride, man. 70s. Too early for mosquitoes. We only saw two other riders while we were out.

One of those riders had parked his blue WRX wagon next to my Justy, so I talked to him once I got back to the lot. He bought the car four months ago and was absolutely loving it. 12,000 miles in only four months, though. Yee-ikes.

His first Subaru, though. Cool.

He, he, thanks Steve. I am just learning about trials, i am not that good. But i want to learn more and be good at it. I can't balance myself that good though. So far I am more on cross country side, and downhill.

It is good to know that some of you guys pursuaded this wonderful sport, Cycling. I love it!! as much as my car, he he.

What a great line! It's one that I'm sure I've used more than once.

My first ride is always on the recumbent, for that very reason. I may walk a little funny the next day, but the sore neck, wrists, butt, shoulders, back, etc. (ad infinitum, ad nauseum) are a thing of the past. But then I have to look forward to the first unicycle ride of the season. Ouch!

Actually, I'm feeling pretty good today. A couple things were a little sore when I got up this morning, but now I'm fine.

I really thought yesterday's ride was going to be frustrating. The trail isn't really that bad - most of it is easy singletrack - but there are many short technical climbs and a few mediums. The bike didn't feel foreign to me and the leaves only dumped me once on a downhill turn.

I wish I could build up the Homegrown, but it's either that or a tranny for the SVX, and I miss the SVX terribly.

I am a pessimistic optimistic. I think the worst is going to happen, that way when it does, i don't feel as bad, but if the best happens, i am twice as happy.

Perhaps, but if you're posing a dare, I'm sure no one here will turn you down. Especially if you go first!
