I'm sorry as well to hear you can't make it Steve. Work can be a genuine PITA can't it?! I plan to be in SLO for the weekend, and suggest we meet along the entrance road to Port San Luis past Avila Beach about 11am. Still off-season but nice climate-wise. This is below SLO but above Shell Beach/Pismo Beach area, off US101. Just follow the signs toward Avila, but continue past it toward the Port. It's not like we'll have any trouble recognizing each other. Hoping everyone else is still up to meet.

Mike, I hope you meant Saturday. Earlier planning found most folks would be wanting to head for home, via whatever circuitous route they may choose, on Sunday. Some mentioned an early Hearst Castle tour. I'll be heading out no later than 3-ish for Roseville. I'll try your cel 2morrow, Tues.

Hi Everyone,

Now that HoHo is questionable for the meet, four of five would find Sacramento suburbs a more central location, and the fact that it raining in Northern California as I write; should we reconsider the location of the meet??

Weasel is coming from Nevada, and would have the longest drive to SLO, farther that MrBadFish's drive to SLO. Would MrBadFish be willing to blast up I-5 to Sacramento at 100 MPH to join a meet there?

I know it's late on this, but HoHo didn't know his work demands until recently, and just posted on that. So, what does everyone think? I'm checking on the weather now. I'm okay leaving things as they are, and if I get my O2 sensors installed [should be no problem], I'm on my way to wherever.

Gladysvx- [cell 209-770-3764] Sonora, less than two hours from Sacramento

RojoRocket- Roseville [Sacramento]

Weasel 22- Sparks, two hours East of Sacramento

NeedForSpeed [cell 209-256-3039] - Sutter Creek, 45 minutes from Sacramento

CreepZ, not on list, but in thread- South Bay area, two hours from Sac.

Hohopirates- Now unsure about participation, looks like a no go.

We need cell numbers now of everyone planning to attend. Maybe a PM was sent, but I didn't have my name on the list and didn't receive it.

Sorry to throw this out at everyone, but after reading HoHo's work schedule changes and considering where most of us were traveling from, IT JUST SEEMED THAT I SHOULD SPEAK UP.

I was just looking through these 2 threads to see who might still be planning to attend but hasn't spoken up recently. I'm going to be in SLO-town this weekend regardless, and was still hoping most folks would attend. I'm all for getting we NorCal folks together here in Sac, maybe this Summer by the River or in the foothills ?

Names in question included yourself, Weasel22, gladysvx, Roo, ilsegretosvx and Blk97lsi. I'd be disappointed to cancel at this point, but would live through it.

I was set on SOL for the meet; and going to Sac. is just a little to far for me for a one-day jont. So I'm going to SLO regardless.
