Well, I did more of the wiring for the euro SVX lights today. (I also routed 3 gas hoses around the gas tank to replace the gas lines...what a pain...)

I spliced the city lights with jumpers from their corresponding parking lights. That was certainly easily done.

The High beams had to have a short harness fabricated. I ran the new 9006 socket wires into the housing using the OEM grommet. I then reused the OEM spade connector covers as well, trying to make it look as non-hack as possible. I'm happy with it.



The funny thing is, I'm not sure if I like the city lights at all. They certainly illuminate the housings, but I no longer get that nice distinct Park-Low-blank-fog look. I was kind of partial to that....

At this point, removing them would be a big PITA, I'm sure it will grow on me.

Sorry, no pics, I suck. The car is closed up in the garage again...and...im going back home soon.
