I'm trapped in hell.

The last few days have been complete hell.

Saturday: Got in fight with girlfriend. Said the wrong thing about one of her freinds.

Sunday: Still in the dog house, finally at about 2am (Monday) we talked it out and made up.

Monday: Got off work early and I decided to take my new boat out. Holy carp did that go wrong. I was about a mile from the ramp to luanch the boat and the truck blow a tire. I did a quick change of the tire, and figured since I was so close I'd go out anyway and deal with it later. As I'm backing down the ramp I notice the spare I just put on has a 6in slash about 1/2 way through the rubber. Took the boat out and it ran fine. I got back and decided to get the tire fixed rather than risk driving on a bad spare. I get the blown tire replaced, and go back to the truck and swap it. Finally all is good right. WRONG. As Im driving up the hill to head home, the truck over heads and shuts down. I let i cool, but it still wont start. I head back down to the car that I used to get the tire done. Guess what, no keys. I get a ride to where we keep our work trucks, I move the broke a$$ truck off the road farther and tow the boat home. I load up my bike, grab keys to the car and return the truck. I use the bike to get back to the car. I manged to find the keys I had lost. I call for a tow, but the road side service I have says there people are backed up and cant pick up the truck til midnight. I told them forget it, I'll try tomarrow.

While all this was going on I stop in the where the girl works a couple of times. One of her friends was there the first time I stopped in. I told the girl what all was happening and never said to much to her friend. The last time I stopped in the friend was gone and the girl asked what I had said to her. Apparently I pissed this friend off some how and now the girl is mad at me again. I just cant win.

Agreed, you've got too many grown up problems to deal with to be puttin up with some juvenile ass drama like that.

Tell her and her crew when they're all done being 14 you'll give them a call.

I say drop the boat in the lake, cruise to the State Park and find a new hottie to soak up sun on your boat. Life's too short for girl-drama. Then again, I have two ex-wives, who am I to give relationship advise.

Women bs is not worth it. They have their friends, fine. If they're more concerned about their friends than you, give her the boot.

No standing for any woman bs, i've had my life ruined long enough. 1 ex-wife and counting...

Well, I see we all have the same outlook on the girl. Maybe we should give him some advice on the other half of the story eh?

I got none... lol

You should join my support group. We meet every Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 8PM and 2AM.

I can't say it will do the other half any good, but you'll feel better.

As far as the car problems go, get an explorer xlt with the v8(solid trannys, not the tin crap they put in the v6's), set of 33x10.5's, and it'll run you til the day you die. I miss my explorer... but it never let me down. one of the most solid machines i ever had the privelage of driving, at 10mpg.

don't get a chevy silvercrapo like I have. I now have bad halfshafts, power steering shaft went bad again, it feels like the front ends gonna bottom out too.

Does this 8pm-2am group have liquid refreshments?

forgot to metion that i forgot I had my razor (cell phone) in my pocket. It got a nice bath and no longer works either.

As for getting another car, I cant really afford to. I dropped the last for my exspendable cash on the boat. I can finance because I already am paying for one car. I dont think the SVX, or my Spec-V would do to well as a tow vehicle. Especally when I had to back the Dodge into the water until it was up to the floor boards to load and unload the car.

And appropriatly for the title, the day all this happened the temp was 115 degrees. So like I said, "I'm stuck in hell"

The clouds have started to lift. The girl wasnt to pissed about the second friend thing. She figured with everything that has going on I was in a pissy mood and that I just came off as such. And we more than made up for the bad stuff. (think I'll be sore for a week, damn 21yrs old women) I got the truck towed back to the place I bought it from. Only cost me $43. AT&T(Cingular) Roadside Service paid the other $50. I told the guy at the shop how fed up with the truck I was, and asked what we were going to do about it. There going to look at the truck to figure out whats wrong and contact me to see what can be done. The phone may servive after all. It is starting to show signs of life. I think it needs to dry out a little longer. So the world isnt perfect yet, but it is much better than it was earlier.
