I thought the north pole was up there. I mean those little critters have got to do something during the other 11 months.

can i get to 3000lbs with that?

Well a wet 92 (filled with gas) with a spare, jack, tool kit and floor mats weights in at 3750. Come talk to me about a lightweight when you get below 2900 wet.

Well i have removed all of those + front and rear stock bumpers.
Also do not forget my Fiberglass Hood.
A 2900lbs SVX is more like a prepared racing car than a daily use car...COme on!!!

Come on what do you need that ac for? t-belt covers, 1/2 the bolts holding stuff on (believe it or not that's a good 40lbs you can remove .2 oz at a time). In racining trim it should weigh about 2750 once the cage is in.

I am still aiming for a couple of lightweight racing seats instead of the fat stock ones. I have an idea of taking the leather from the front ones and fit them as they are on the new racing seats when i buy them (sometime in the future................. )

I guess they weigh around 70-80lbs both?

We had to hijack it. This poor thread was going into bad territory.

And they would've gotten by with it if it hadn't of been for us meddling kids!

68#s for a stock, power, leather, drivers seat, and 45#s for a stock, leather passenger seat.
