I want to put a bomb in my car and blow it up
 Im sooo ticked off right now. Well first off my car has so many problems...tranny dead,engine needs work, windsheild broken, wheel bearings shot, tires totally smooth, needs a new paint job, and the list keeps getting longer. One of the main problems however is that I have NOOOOOOOO MONEY!!!!!, and no job. Which doesn't help. This is why I want to blow up my car, because there is no point in keeping it. I really wish that I could get rid of this one, and get another one that doesn't need so much work. I dont even think I could get the price I paid for it back if I sold it... which was $900. Im just soo garsh dang p/o. And what really gets me is that my parents re-stored a 75 VW beetle for my brother, and wont do anything to mine. WTF?!? Well hopefully someday I'll be able to figure all of this mess out, but until then I'll be having no car and no way to get another one. Well thanks all for listening to my problems  ~Dennis

I'm sorry to hear about your problems, dude, but maybe the SVX isn't the best car for your situation. I mean, it's a complicated car that requires more maintenance than your average car. It's expensive to fix. I love my SVX, and I'd even call it reliable, but it's no Camry. You paid $900 for yours and you hate it because it has problems? Give me a break, man.

I dont hate the cars, I love them to death, I have driven two others and I really dont want another car, but I bought a project car and now I have to deal with its problems. Thanks for the good luck, I'll prolly need it. ~Dennis

for 1 you paid 900 for it so dont gripe. for 2 a project car is not an everyday driver. for 3 keep a job an work your way out of the repairs just to get it running and tires. for 4 paint shall be last on the list. for 5 stay alive. for 6 pick up sticks and finally seven dont send the svx to heaven.

Yup Yup, However... when I bought the car its tranny actually shifted in 1st through 4th gears, and then one day it just went into 4th and I have never been able to get it out?? So either the bands are broken or its totally shot
 Either way it will cost $$$. And hopefully soon Ill get the job I applied for... ( the lady that works there really likes me, and my resume ) ~Dennis

You could always sell the useful parts from your svx and then when you get a job just save up for a good one.

I've thought about that, but i'd rather keep the first car I got and work on it until its finished. Look at it this way, once its all fixed up, I wont have to work on it for quite a while (hopefully
) because we would replace so much. Anyway, we'll figure it all out and hopefully soon we can start to get it done. ~Dennis

I'm feelin your pain just slowly since your elsewhere but I went to take my intake off becuase I know my PCV is bad (one of several small things) and in true form of this car something broke again when I touched it(happens every time I do anything other than say change the oil)well the hood decided to shut its self and cracked/broke the top half of the intake cover then as I was putting the tube back on after spraying some carb cleaner in and around(which helped so far) I broke the hose conector connected to the center drivers side off of the intake tube(btw does anybody know what this is for and will it hurt anything?) and I took some skin off in the process.
Oh well everything I break makes something else work better(for the most part :P ).
