Unhappy Fully Reclined...Help!

Last night while waiting to meet-up with the wife and kids, I reclined my seat, hoping to catch a Z or two as I was a little early. I have a '92 LS-L with power seats. About 1/4 of the way back up, the seat stopped! The switch still works to go down, which sucks in a way because then I put it a few inches further back, making it even worse! It will not make any motor noise at all when using the switch in the up mode. So now I am stuck in a fully reclined position! Any suggestions?????

PILLOWS Lots of pillows and maybe a seat cushion or two Ha Ha only kidding.

Have you tried janking on the back while pushing the switch? That works for stuck windows sometimes.

The front or back of my seat was stuck up or down for about a week and then it started working again. Hasn't been a problem since then.

There might be a way to jumper the switch.

leave the seat up button in the up position for a while it takes some time before the slack is gone then the seat will go up on it's own.
