Yeah, Beav, sometimes you gotta' call a time out & ask the question "Is my life really better with this ... thing"? Complexity to conform with "style", creates work for people to deal with the people who anguish over the complexity, & can no longer do their own basic repairs. These people must now work harder & longer to make more money to pay experts to handle the problems that they didn't have before the "new & improved" version was foisted upon them.
Oh, I guess the old term "rat-race" applies, but it's gettin' scary when you begin to see the finish line. I need a long vacation.

Possibly. I'll dig the parts out of the storage box and look at them again tonight. I'll measure the lens ofr diameter, ring size and the thickness of the lens.
